This one is special because I used to have such a disordered relationship with exercise. One where I punished myself with workouts and restricted food.
It was deeply dark and troubling.
It was such a slog to get to where I am now. And I couldn\u2019t be prouder to run a fitness community that focuses on the exact opposite of that disordered past.
I\u2019ll often say in classes that we don\u2019t count reps, just see how your body feels.
And the phrase \u2018count feelings, not reps\u2019 means so much more than that.
Back in that disordered past I should have been noticing my feelings so much more, instead of ignoring everything for exercise.
I think that\u2019s going to be relatable for so many people.
So this t shirt is a little nod to past me and a big nod to now me, who takes care of herself so much better than she used to.<\/p>
